LIBRARY
The St. Hilary Library provides a wide variety of services that promote a love of reading and teach students invaluable research skills – both through the use of technology and hands on learning. Its 3000 volume plus collection is very up-to-date and includes a wide-ranging reference collection to support research as well as an ever growing fiction collection serving kindergarten through eighth grade. The library is automated with its' entire catalog on multiple computers and plans are under way to extend this accessibility to each classroom.

TECHNOLOGY
St. Hilary has one of the most advanced Technology programs in the area including a fast fiber and wireless network and over 50 computers networked with internet access school wide. Students can access computers from the classroom or in the Library/technology center. While students learn all of the basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel, Inspiration, Web site development), our computer program is integrated into the curriculum so that technology becomes a learning tool to enhance their academic progress. |
