Application Process – Primary Kindergarten and Kindergarten
Group tours of Saint Hilary School are offered in October, November, and January 2011, with exact dates to be determine soon. Please call the school office at (415) 435-2224 to reserve a space for one of these tours. Bryan Clement, Principal, and Melissa Addleman, Director of Admissions, will lead the tours and applications packets will be available.
Completed application packets are due in January 2011, along with the teacher recommendation form and a $50.00
non-refundable application fee. Students entering Primary Kindergarten must be five years old by December 1st, and
students entering Kindergarten must be five years old by September 1st.
Assessment tests will be given in the later part of January. Please call the school office to schedule a time for your child's assessment.
Families will be notified of Primary Kindergarten and Kindergarten admission in March 2011.

Application Process – Grades 1 through 8
Application packets are available upon request by calling the school office at (415) 435-2224. Tours of the school and
assessment tests will be scheduled upon completion of the application packet. Families will be notified of admission to
Grades 1st through 8th within 1-2 weeks.
