St. Hilary students regularly attend private high schools and college preparatory schools throughout the Bay Area and across the country, including Branson, Convent of the Sacred Heart, Drew, Marin Academy, Marin Catholic, San Domenico, Santa Catalina, St. Ignatius, Stuart Hall, University, and Urban.

St. Hilary alumni are accepted into the nation's most respected colleges. Students from a recently graduated St. Hilary's class are attending colleges that include Boston College, Cornell, Harvard, Loyola New Orleans, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, University of Puget Sound, University of Rome, University of San Diego, and Northeastern.
